I had a really nice stay, with location close to everything. The staff was really kind and very very nice in any situation. Had smooth check-in too.

Very well located - quiet street, walking distance to cafes and shops. New good washing machine for laundry. Easy check-in process with all info provided via email. Beautiful, well-decorated and clean apartment with comfortable beds, wifi, and convenient parking.

We had an amazing time staying at this centrally located apartment in a quiet neighborhood. We were able to easily explore the city center of Akureyri and found great local eateries nearby. the apartment was clean and well, managed, with comfortable beds, a fully, equipped kitchen, and even a washing machine. the Wi, Fi was reliable, and there was helpful travel information available. We would definitely stay here again.

Some guests in other apartments above were a bit noisy at night, which was a minor inconvenience.

Rooms are small with limited space for luggage. there was an issue with the shower not draining properly, which was not resolved during our stay.

the lack of response from the hosts was concerning, especially when we reached out regarding important issues such as a broken window and a non-functioning TV. we experienced issues with noisy neighbors who caused a disturbance in the building.

The location of G19 Boutique Apartments was fantastic, it was close to the city center and convenient for exploring the area. The apartment itself was well equipped, especially the kitchen which had everything we needed. The spacious bedroom was a great bonus.

One specific situation that happened to us was the thin ceiling on the ground floor. Unfortunately, we could hear every step and cough from the neighbors above, which was not ideal.
